Our New Owner JANE E. CLASSEN
The new owner (the only female sprinkler/Chimney/lawn/landscape business owner in Boise) comes to Ernie and Howard's from San Antonio, Texas with over 20 years of sales, marketing, training and customer service experience. Although this will be her first experience as a small business owner moving into a new phase of her life and career, she brings with her creativity, passion, zest for learning, need to give back to her community as well as to be a part of a team working directly alongside of her employees providing a family atmosphere and to have an open door policy. This opportunity is not just a job, not just a business, not just profits but an opportunity for personal growth and spiritual freedom. Whereas other landscape/lawn business owners are primarily focused on production and profits, Jane is dedicated to enhancing the lives of her employees. She firmly believes in harnessing the team power of her people to get results and believes in the importance of asking for and incorporating employee feedback about how to improve sales and work environment. Internally, Ernie and Howard's mantra will be, "First you build the team, then the team builds the business". Externally, our mantra will be "Putting Customers First, Foremost and Always".
